OEM/JK dealers or directly send/ inform about complaints to jk tyre local office

JK Tyre service engineer inspects alleged defective product either at OEM dealer/customer point or at JK Tyre Office

if Accepted

Raise claim receipt/claim award with findings

REplace claim accepted tyre/tube on pro-rata, either directly to the customer or through JK Tyre              dealer

Claim accepted product returned to JK Tyre Factory For Factory analysis

if Not Accepted then

Return the product under complaint inform the inspection findings and necessary advice
